Evan S. Nadel focuses his practice on technology-related litigation, class actions and insurance litigation. He has substantial experience in intellectual property and commercial contract disputes, along with trade secret, unfair competition, internet and other technology-related litigation. He also has been very involved in consumer products and other class actions, primarily under California's Unfair Competition Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code section 17200, et seq.) and False Advertising Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code section 17500, et seq.) and its Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Cal. Civil Code section 1750).
