Georgina L. O’Hara counsels clients on health and welfare plans, including wellness programs. Her work includes advising companies on regulatory compliance with the US Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, COBRA, the ACA, and HIPAA/HITECH. She also drafts and reviews plan documents and negotiates service agreements with third parties. Georgina has an active pro bono practice and serves as the liaison for the Women Against Abuse Legal Center and on the Morgan Lewis Philadelphia office Pro Bono Committee.
