Gerald C. Waters, Jr. is an Associate in the Long Island office of Jackson Lewis P.C.  Mr. Waters assists federal contractors in preparation of affirmative action plans and defends contractors who are audited by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.  Additionally, Mr. Waters counsels employers on compliance with various federal, state and local laws which affect the workplace including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the New York Labor Law and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
