Glenn Thompson focuses his practice in the area of energy and oil and gas law, assisting clients in Pennsylvania and North Dakota with oil, gas and mineral title issues by overseeing the delivery of oil and gas [mineral] title opinions in most major shale plays.  Additionally, Thompson has assisted clients in various transactions by providing due diligence services to clients buying and selling energy assets.  Thompson also assists corporate and commercial clients in the formation and continued operation of various types of businesses, by assisting in the selection of the proper business model, assisting clients in all aspects of their operation, including real estate transactions, franchising, compliance with state and local regulations and succession planning.
