Hannah A. Withers is an associate in Ogletree Deakins’ San Francisco Office. She has experience defending employers in federal and state court against claims of wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Withers also provides counseling, advice, and training to companies to maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Prior to coming to Ogletree, Ms. Withers practiced litigation at a global law firm.
