Howard joined the firm as a shareholder in 2011, previously practicing law at Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C. in Denver, and at the New Orleans office a national law firm.  He also served for 10 years as general counsel of a nationally prominent structured finance boutique that was engaged in a variety of capital market transactions.
