Israel Garcia counsels clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and related matters.
During law school, Mr. Garcia served as a law clerk at a law firm where he interacted with and counseled a variety of clients on intellectual property matters including patent prosecution and patent litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Garcia worked for a consulting engineering firm for four years where he designed mechanical building systems. Mr. Garcia also worked at an engineering software company for two years where he provided software support.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Mr. Garcia served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Peter Ormsby of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
