Jim Turner is a trial lawyer with a practice focused on the defense of transportation companies, manufacturers, and industries.  Mr. Turner is highly experienced in the discovery and development of defenses in chronic toxic exposure cases through the in-depth analysis of historic data and witness testimony. This involves close work with client personnel and company documents to fully understand the environmental and safety history of industrial facilities so liability defenses can be fully explored and effectively argued in court.
