Jessica M. Roth* is the Assistant Director of Legislation and Health Policy in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Jessica is responsible for formulating legislative strategy and providing advice on appropriate client action before public policy-makers, including federal agencies and the U.S. Congress. She is responsible for responding to communications with government officials on behalf of clients to suggest regulatory and/or legislative proposals, solutions, and compromises. She has experience drafting summaries and preparing impact analyses of legislative and regulatory developments of interest to our clients and drafts position papers and other materials, including data analysis, supporting client positions for submissions to Congress and regulatory comments for submission to federal agencies.
