Mr. Leahy is an associate in the firm’s Research Triangle Park office and focuses his practice exclusively in health law, primarily representing academic medical centers, hospital systems, home health agencies, hospices, and nursing homes.  In that capacity, he advises clients on many areas of health care regulatory compliance, including the 340B Drug Pricing Program, state and federal fraud and abuse laws, Medicare reimbursement, HIPAA, and EMTALA.  He also assists clients with various levels of transactions and integration involving health care providers.
