  • John D. Jolley is a Partner in the Columbus office and a member of the firm's Corporate Department and Real Estate Development, Leasing & Ownership Practice Group. John’s practice covers general corporate, commercial real estate, banking, and construction matters, including the representation of all aspects of retail, commercial, and industrial real property development and leasing matters; lending/financial matters; title insurance matters; condominium/community association matters; and real property tax/tax appeals issues. He also represents and advises clients on corporate matters, including the formation, operation, and related business planning (including business succession planning) of closely held corporations, limited liability companies, and similar business organizations. He also represents lenders and borrowers in distress and workout arrangements. John is an OSBA Certified Specialist in Business, Commercial, and Industrial Real Property Law.
