With a focus on securities litigation, John M. Vassos counsels clients involved in complex litigation. He has experience in both US federal trial and appellate courts, and represents clients in arbitrations. John counsels broker-dealers and their employees in governmental, self-regulatory organization, and state securities commission investigations and proceedings. Additionally, John litigates commercial cases that involve contracts, accounting, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). On behalf of his clients, John also conducts internal practice reviews and investigations.
