Jonathan Lorenzen is a senior counsel in the San Diego office of Allen Matkins. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial and industrial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions for institutional clients.
With regard to acquisitions and dispositions, Jonathan represents both buyers and sellers by preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, as well as other agreements related to closing and the ongoing maintenance and management of projects. For leasing, he represents both landlords and tenants by drafting and negotiating lease agreements and amendments, and related items such as broker agreements, easements, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, letters of intent and estoppel certificates.
