Jonathan Wohl is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery and is based in the Firm’s Paris office.  He focuses his practice on corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.

Jonathan advises French companies on projects and transactions with a cross border element as well as international companies on their investments in France and Europe.  He has extensive experience in corporate sales, acquisitions and joint ventures and also advises on large industrial projects and the negotiation of major contracts.  Jonathan has represented clients in a wide range of industry sectors including energy, media, aerospace, biotechnology and financial services.
