  • Joseph Tirone is a member of Bracewell & Giuliani's energy practice. His work focuses on energy project and infrastructure development, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. Mr. Tirone has worked on energy, infrastructure and finance transactions in the United States and globally.

    He has experience in the structuring, negotiating and drafting of complex power purchase agreements, tolling agreements, joint development agreements, energy procurement contracts, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, equipment purchase agreements, long-term service agreements, fuel supply and transportation agreements, purchase and sale agreements, hedging arrangements, financing agreements and security documentation. Mr. Tirone also advises retail electricity and natural gas suppliers in nearly all aspects of their respective businesses.
