Joseph M. Martin advises clients in a range of commercial finance matters, including cash-flow financing, asset-based financing, cross-border loan facilities and acquisition financing. He assists agents and individual lenders with the syndication of loan facilities, including drafting and negotiating agreements among lenders. A member of the firm's Financial Crisis Response Team, Joe also represents lenders and borrowers with respect to troubled loans, including forbearance agreements, the restructuring of credit facilities and dispositions of collateral.
