Joe Zitzka focuses on federal tax, Florida tax, international tax, estate planning and corporate and securities matters. Joe has extensive experience advising clients regarding commercial transactions involving partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and joint ventures. He also often assists with entity reorganizations (including conversions and recapitalizations), special purpose entity formations, and the negotiation and preparation of stock and asset purchase agreements. In addition to commercial transactions, Joe handles matters for tax-exempt organizations, including mergers, interstate migrations, formations and operations of tax-exempt organizations, seeking favorable determinations from the IRS regarding tax exempt status, as well as individual and business controversies with the IRS.
