Joshua Gray is a technology and IP transactions lawyer with significant industry knowledge, policy and regulatory awareness, and an international outlook.

Mr. Gray regularly advises on complex commercial transactions including major IT outsourcing projects, joint ventures and strategic alliances, sourcing and procurement, software and IP licensing, data centre and infrastructure services, cloud and ‘as a service’ agreements, and corporate transactions with a technology focus. Mr. Gray retains a keen interest in technology policy and regulatory matters such as data privacy, cyber security and telecommunications regulation. 

Mr. Gray has worked in Europe, the Asia-Pacific and Middle East. Mr. Gray has also completed client secondments to a major international bank’s global commercial legal team (in London) and a Middle Eastern telecommunications operator’s commercial/regulatory team (in the United Arab Emirates).
