Joshua J. Orewiler counsels and advises both entities and individuals, with an emphasis on resolving complex litigation matters using creative and cost-effective solutions. He is an Associate at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation group and Environmental group.

In his litigation practice, Mr. Orewiler represents clients in state and federal courts in a variety of litigation matters, including actions for breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, civil conspiracy, restrictive covenant violations, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and other business tort matters. Mr. Orewiler also represents clients in regulatory proceedings brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As an Associate in Vedder Price’s Environmental group, Mr. Orewiler concentrates his practice on environmental corporate compliance and compliance with the federal Clean Air Act.
