Mr. Hernandez currently focuses his practice on employment litigation matters, including cases alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Chapter 451 of the Texas Labor Code. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Hernandez spent a year working at a mid-size civil defense litigation firm in Jackson, Mississippi handling employment-related matters, including workers’ compensation and Title VII. Mr. Hernandez also served as an Adjunct Professor at the Mississippi College School of Law where he taught Appellate Advocacy. During law school, Mr. Hernandez was an active participant in the moot court program winning several team and individual awards.
