Kaitlin Dewberry is an associate in the firm’s Raleigh office. Ms. Dewberry focuses her practice on labor, employment and workplace safety, and international arbitration. Ms. Dewberry represents and counsels employers in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters including claims for race, gender and age discrimination, sexual harassment, trade secrets, benefits litigation under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, wage and hour matters, and grievance disputes. She also advises clients regarding employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
