Kate M. Emminger

Professional Biography

Kate M. Emminger is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Ms. Emminger earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2012. While in law school, she was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition team, co-founded the USF Community for Contemplative Law, and spent a semester studying international business law at Deusto University in Bilbao, Spain. Ms. Emminger was also a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society, a Dean's List Scholar, and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Ethics. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Fordham University in 2004.

Ms. Emminger is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
