Kate Visosky is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.
Visosky’s practice involves representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters. With regard to litigation, she has developed specific expertise handling wage and hour class actions involving claims relating to overtime, meal and rest breaks, and misclassification. In addition, Ms. Visosky specializes in negotiating and litigating restrictive covenants and in trade secrets litigation.
Her employment expertise also includes representation of clients in single plaintiff litigation and providing advice and counseling with respect to employment terminations, wage-hour compliance, reductions in force, employee leave matters, accommodation of disabilities, and employee relations.
