Katherine has experience in both litigation and transactional matters. She has assisted in drafting briefs, motions and a number of other case pleadings in both the pre-trial and trial phases. Katherine has assisted in numerous aspects of the discovery process including document review, witness preparation for depositions, and creation of deposition exhibits.

During law school, she was an executive board member of the Fordham Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center and competed in trial advocacy competitions across the country where she gained extensive experience in oral advocacy. Katherine is dedicated to finding creative and effective solutions to complex legal problems and always strives to exceed her clients’ expectations.
