Kenny Henderson is an associate in the dispute resolution group of the London office. 

Mr. Henderson’s practice encompasses a wide range of contentious and quasi-contentious matters, including litigation before the English courts, arbitral proceedings and internal corporate investigations.

Mr. Henderson is experienced in a broad variety of high stakes and complex disputes, frequently with a cross-border element.  Mr. Henderson works closely with in-house counsel to ensure that disputes are dealt with proportionately while focussing on commercial objectives.  Mr. Henderson also advises clients on dispute mitigation strategies, to avoid or reduce potential litigation exposure resulting from commercially-driven decisions.
