  • Kevin’s primary practice concentration is in the area of health care. He represents health care related clients on various business matters, including addressing federal and state legislative and regulatory issues, compliance, contracts, business transactions, joint ventures, health planning, and various managed care issues. Kevin’s managed care practice includes representation of providers on a variety of contracting matters. He also represents managed care organizations on regulatory matters before the Indiana Department of Insurance. Kevin has also represented health facilities on various matters including regulatory issues before the Indiana Department of Health. Kevin counsels clients on compliance issues including fraud and abuse issues under the Federal Stark Acts and the Antikickback Statute. Kevin's long-term care practice includes acting as counsel for long-term care providers and associations.

    Kevin has lectured and presented seminars on numerous topics relating to health care, managed care, contracting, health care transaction issues, and health care reform.
