Krista Sterken is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She counsels clients and litigates across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including general commercial litigation, labor & employment, health care and medical technology, state and federal appeals, insurance, and class actions. Ms. Sterken provides counsel and advice to national clients on federal and state occupational safety and health matters, and regularly defends clients who have received OSHA citations. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Labor & Employment Practices.
Ms. Sterken graduated from Columbia Law School (J.D., 2010), where she was a member of the Columbia Journal of Law & Social Problems and served on the executive board of The High School Law Institute. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Northwestern University (B.A., cum laude, 2007).
