Lee Douthitt is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department. He represents and advises employers in a variety of employment and labor matters. In particular, he assists clients in collective bargaining, administration of their collective bargaining agreements, arbitrations and matters before the National Labor Relations Board.
In addition, Lee counsels clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws, wage and hour, employment discrimination, retaliation claims, and breach of employments contracts.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Lee was a labor and employment associate at a large regional law firm, where he assisted clients with labor and employment matters.
