Linda Morgan represents commercial clients in corporate acquisitions and mergers, buy-sell agreements, and the formation and maintenance of business entities. She also counsels clients in the protection of corporate intellectual property assets, such as patents for technology, and in trademark and service mark registration. Ms. Morgan is a licensed patent attorney and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, Ms. Morgan worked in the legal department of an energy company, primarily focusing on contracts and regulatory compliance. She also holds a professional engineering license in California, with an emphasis in mechanical engineering.
