Logan Kotler focuses his practice on corporate restructurings and insolvency matters involving U.S. and international corporations.

Before joining Bracewell, Logan served as judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Alan J. Baverman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and as legal intern to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
