Loryn P. Riggiola is a Member of the Firm's Construction Practice Group and has developed a specialty in representing clients from counseling through litigation and/or arbitration in disputes arising from construction projects. She has represented clients in both public and private sector projects, in contract disputes, bidding disputes, defect and delay claims. She has serviced clients in the United States and abroad. Ms. Riggiola has also lectured on various construction topics including the use of electronic data generated during project performance for use in litigation and/or arbitration during the dispute resolution process.
Ms. Riggiola also represents corporations, financial institutions and partnerships in litigation involving complex commercial issues, including unfair competition, class action defense and lender liability actions. Ms. Riggiola handles litigation from consultation to trial. She has participated in numerous bench and jury trials in both New York and New Jersey. Ms. Riggiola has served as both lead and supporting counsel in state and federal trials.
