    Lynelle Bosworth is an associate in the Health & FDA Business Practice of Greenberg Traurig's Albany office, focusing on health care, regulatory and governmental affairs matters. She served as the former Associate Counsel for the Health Committee of the New York State Assembly. In that role, she advised the Assembly Speaker and the Health Committee Chair on budgetary and policy priorities regarding Medicaid, public health and federal health care reform as well as drafted and negotiated legislation on critical policy issues. Lynelle also served as Counsel to the Corporations, Authorities and Commissions Committee and Transportation Committee of the New York State Assembly. She has represented candidates in election law matters, including initiating and providing defense in Article 78 and appellate proceedings.
