Lynne M. McMahan is of counsel in Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Indianapolis, Indiana office. She is a member of the Corporate Department and concentrates her practice in the areas of general business/corporate and securities law.

Ms. McMahan advises both public and private business entities in connection with reorganization transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions including debt and equity offerings, and general securities law compliance issues. She also counsels for-profit and nonprofit business entities with respect to matters of organization and governance. Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, she served as counsel to a governmental pension plan and as legal vice president of a public corporation.
