Maggie Gousman is an Associate in the Morristown, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel.

While attending law school, Ms. Gousman served as the Symposium Editor of theRutgers Law Review and as a Teaching Associate for the Legal Research and Writing Program. She was the recipient of Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and was also a summer associate at Jackson Lewis. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Gousman clerked for the Honorable Justice Anne M. Patterson in the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
