Mark Kemple is a litigator with broad trial experience in many areas of the law, including employment class and individual litigation, consumer class litigation, and other commercial disputes. Apart from trial work, Mark focuses on the defense of wage and hour class actions and has wide experience in unfair competition and consumer protection actions — topics which he has spoken on in a variety of forums.
Mark has handled disputes for companies of all sizes and has tried numerous lawsuits and arbitrations throughout the United States as well as argued appeals in three federal circuits and several state courts of appeal. For instance, Mark has been counsel of record in recent years for General Electric, PepsiCo, California Pizza Kitchen, Panda Restaurant Group, Wendy’s International, Mentor Corporation, McDonald’s Corporation, Washington Group International, Verizon Wireless, Verizon Communications, Inc., Trammell Crow Company, Boston Market Corporation, and the Los Angeles Unified School District, among other entities.
