Markéta Lukešová has been with the Prague office since 1995, when she started as a legal trainee.

She has gained extensive experience advising on corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions and, particularly, matters related to recovery, restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

Markéta’s experience in insolvency law includes representing creditors during all stages of insolvency proceedings, including membership of creditors’ committees, and advising debtors and their shareholders on preparation and development of restructuring plans.
