  • Mark van der Linden is a Netherlands licensed tax lawyer certified as a Foreign Legal Consultant by the State Bar of New York. Since 1993 Mark has been handling a wide-variety of international tax matters. Mark has spent more than half of his career living in the United States while working for two of the Big 4 accounting firms. He focuses his practice on assisting United States multinationals in establishing and structuring their international operations. Mark is well versed in the interaction between the United States and numerous foreign tax systems and is experienced in product development, mergers and acquisitions, and international group restructuring and financing. Mark also has experience structuring real estate investments throughout the world. In addition to his experience working in the United States and the Netherlands, he has handled various investments throughout Asia, Central America and Latin America.
