Martha Wrangham’s practice focuses primarily on data privacy and cybersecurity, as well as environmental safety and health. She also regularly assists clients with civil litigation and regulatory compliance.

Martha is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in US privacy law (CIPP/US) and has worked directly with clients on matters ranging from HIPAA compliance to data breach notification on the state and international levels. She also has experience working with EU and Canadian data protection laws, COPPA, TCPA, 42 CFR Part 2, and the Privacy Act of 1974.
