Matthew Amodeo focuses his practice on hospital-physician affiliation transactions, accountable care arrangements, managed care contracting, and related federal and state regulatory issues. His clients include a broad range of industry players, including health systems, post-acute providers, ACOs, clinically integrated networks, provider-sponsored health plans and population health management companies. Matthew also advises his clients on federal and state Exchange-related matters, the MSSP, NGACO, CJR, MACRA and other Medicare payment reform initiatives under the Affordable Care Act.
