Matthew Lewis is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Mr. Lewis' practice focuses on representation of employers in employment law and traditional labor law issues before state and federal courts as well as before various administrative agencies. Mr. Lewis' employment law practice includes litigating disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and breach of contract. In addition to his employment litigation experience, Mr. Lewis has traditional labor experience, which includes representing management in labor arbitration proceedings and advising employers on labor relations.
