Matthew Valauri has broad experience in commercial litigation matters in the state courts of New York and Connecticut and in the bankruptcy courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York. In the transportation arena, Matthew works with other members of the firm’s Transportation practice representing and defending U.S. and Canadian trucking companies, owner-operators, freight forwarders, freight brokers, common carriers, household goods carriers, warehouses, overnight and expedited shipping companies, ship and tanker lines, air and rail carriers, stevedores, terminals, and navigation concerns in interstate and intrastate claims.
