Meghan Flinn is an associate in the government enforcement group in the Washington, D.C. office. She focuses her practice on the defense of companies and individuals involved in government investigations and regulatory actions. Ms. Flinn has represented banks, investment advisers, investment professionals, and other individuals before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the U.S. Department of Justice, and other state and federal regulators. Ms. Flinn also has represented clients in connection with civil litigation in federal court.
