Michael J. Goldstein, a member of the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology group, concentrates his practice in technology transactions, outsourcing and intellectual property matters. Mike's experience includes advising clients in connection with a range of technology and business process outsourcing, software development, technology licensing, software hosting, consulting and professional services arrangements. He also advises clients on information technology and intellectual property matters in connection with corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to attending law school, Mike worked as a software developer at a major computer networking company and at a software company specializing in artificial intelligence technology.
