  • Michael J. Mott is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Department. His practice includes defending private and public employers in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, breach of employment contract, employment at-will, non-competition, and wrongful discharge. Michael advises employers regarding compliance with Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and other state and federal employment statutes and regulations. He represents companies and individuals in state and federal courts and in state and federal agencies and commissions.
