  • Michael Raspino is a member of Bracewell's intellectual property section. His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property and commercial litigation. Mr. Raspino has experience with a variety of litigation areas, including commercial litigation, IP litigation (including patent, trademark, and trade secret matters) and has particular experience with advanced computer-implemented technology, including computer software programs, database architectures, web-based architectures, and wireless networks and devices.  He also represents and counsels clients in patent prosecution and technology transfer in the advanced-technology sector with particular emphasis on computer implemented systems and other computer processes. 

    Prior to joining Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, Mr. Raspino was an attorney with a trial firm in Silicon Valley, California. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Raspino worked as an information technology risk consultant for Ernst & Young in San Francisco, California.
