Mike Hirn is a Partner in the Litigation Department. He is also a member of the Firm's Construction Law Practice Group. In addition to providing guidance to clients regarding construction contracts, claims and disputes, Mike also focuses his practice on litigating and resolving general business claims involving alleged breaches of contracts (including non-competition agreements), breaches of fiduciary duties and professional duties of care and misuse or theft of confidential information and intellectual property. He also has substantial experience in litigating disputes between suppliers, distributors and merchants over purchase orders and supply agreements and other matters controlled by the Uniform Commercial Code. Mike also regularly represents developers, owners, property managers and owner associations in disputes over property rights, including landlord tenant issues and matters of condominium law. He is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Indiana.
