Mike is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and a partner in the firm’s Transactional Practice Group. Mike is the former Chair of the firm’s Transactional Practice Group and leads the Project Development and Finance Team. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Team, Banking and Financial Services Industry Group, and Financial and Reorganization, Financial Restructuring and Workouts Team. 

Mike's individual practice focuses on all facets of business and real estate law, with concentrations in project finance, real estate finance, commercial and secured lending, and mergers and acquisitions. His practice includes a wide range of finance and project development matters, including the representation of local and national real estate developers in the acquisition and disposition, zoning and development and redevelopment of real property; the negotiation of development and governmental incentive agreements; the acquisition and disposition of improved real property; the development of energy facilities, the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements and property restrictive covenants and operating agreements.
