Mike Provenzale is a senior associate in the Creditors’ Rights practice area, representing institutional and private lenders in commercial loan foreclosure, receiverships, workouts, and REO dispositions.  Mike additionally practices in the area of Real Estate Transactions, Development and Finance, focusing on commercial leasing, financing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate.  He represents a myriad of private and public clients, including lenders and investors acquiring distressed residential developments and condominiums as well as commercial landlords.  In addition, Mike has published several articles on current creditors’ rights and real estate issues.
