Ms. Davis's practice focuses on trademark litigation, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement in the United States and abroad. She currently manages domestic and worldwide trademark policing efforts for some of the most valuable brands in the world. Ms. Davis regularly represents clients before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as in federal courts across the country. She also counsels clients in domain name enforcement strategies, including in Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.
