Ms. Rothenberg has more than twenty-four years of legal experience with an entrepreneurial orientation primarily emphasizing commercial real estate transactions. She has special experience in representing owners, developers, and asset and property managers in all aspects of acquisition, development, debt and equity finance, construction, operation, management, and disposition of commercial and residential real estate projects. Her practice focuses on, and she has substantial experience in analyzing, negotiating, structuring and documenting:
